I got my S60 in Nov 2014. It used to get 185 miles at 90%. It now gets 163 even though my w/mile has gone down. Tesla acknowledges the loss but says its within normal limits. Anyone beat that?

I agree. But for now they are telling me they will continue to monitor even as I see on my Tesla App that the car hit a new low of 167 miles at 90% while they had the car for inspection.

Well Tesla came back and they admit on my service report that my capacity has gone down 10% and faster than average but they still say its normal and should "average" out as fleet averages catch up, whatever that means. Not sure how I plan any trips now if my distance between supercharges is...

Nov 2014 picked up car with 185 at 90%. 5000 miles on the car. Now car shows 167 at 90% and 188 at 100%. Avg wh/m is 309. 21k on the odemeter. I charge to 90% each night. Getting concerned about the range drop.

Took about half an hour to go one mile. My w/mi hit 550 for that stretch. Early morning so AC was on but very low power.
