They definitely are nice to haves! I actually went across country to pick up a 90D (with all options stated above and FSD) but ended up passing on it! Coming from a 5 series so it still seems like a downgrade in some aspects (build quality etc.) but overall I think I would love an S more.

I agree I would likely spend the extra money and just buy new with the tax credit for the M3. I am sticking to my original search criteria and have been on the look out for a MS but not in a rush to purchase. Thank you though for the advice everyone!

Also you are not comparing apples to apple. A 90D on an S is rated about 295 miles (new) compared to an X which will be much lower with the same battery size.
