It’s the number of milliseconds since base time (Jan 1, 2013?). The easiest way to use that column is simply to subtract the first (lowest) entry from all the others. That way you’ll get a column of absolute time - in milliseconds - since the start of your run, starting from zero.

In the json returned by the charge_state command, you want to see the value of "charging_state" set to either "Charging" or "Stopped" which indicates you are plugged in but not yet charging due to a timer. A "charging_state" value of "null" or "Disconnected" should be a reliable trigger.

Sorka: I believe your statement above is _almost_ correct. It would be entirely correct if you swap "with the current pack" with "with the current fuse/contractor". The limiting factor for the current P85D is not Energy (ie pack size), but rather Power (how quickly the energy can be tapped)...

From the city ePermit system, it appears that as of 4:30pm today (6/3), the site has now passed its final inspection.
