I agree completely. Having a ranger service, or even (shock horror) some approved 3rd party service/repair shops, would be great. The only thing that's happened is a slight expansion of the service centres. If your flat happened today, I expect you'd get a tyre shipped from the Milton Keynes...

Some of the locations I've charged at have a connection fee + per kWh fee structure (e.g. £1 connect + £0.30/kwh). Is it possible to reflect this charging structure for a location?
