No, AC was already on when it happened. In fact AC stays on for a while until the ecobee reset then shut it off.

Wanna report back to this thread: I had similar issue on my system (see previous post) but on top of that, my PW was not powering my house reliably during peak hours. When I logged in to my inverter I can see L1 over voltage or similar error before the inverter shutdown. Tesla found something...

Sounds like something got disconnected so the inverters dont detect power from the panels..... It's less likely that both inverters are bad with the same symptoms.
