    Powerwall settings to stabilize output?

No, AC was already on when it happened. In fact AC stays on for a while until the ecobee reset then shut it off.

    Powerwall settings to stabilize output?

So we are in the middle of this heatwave in SF bay area and I am in a outage. Good news is the Powerwall is keeping our lights and AC on, but something is up in these couple days that I keep seeing the whole house light blink for a sec and it cause my AC and router to reboot. Looking at the app...

Anyone have a fire ball extinguisher (or something similar) placed on top of your PW? Which one did you get?

That's a little over my budget. I will see if I can setup a GoFundMe for this

Anyone have a fire ball extinguisher (or something similar) placed on top of your PW? Which one did you get?

I am not referring to a regular fire extinguisher, but the type that you place above a electric panel and activate when there is a fire. I checked and saw lithium fire is class B and those extinguisher is for class ABC. That's why I was thinking to get 1 and place it above the PW. I already...

What are you experiencing during 100F weather with your system?

My 8.5kW system with 2 PW supplied all energy yesterday for my AC, 1 laundry load (wash and dry) and 1 dishwasher load..... Switched to self power mid day to conserved battery for night time use tho..... End up with low 20% by midnight.

    Inverter Shutting Down

Wanna report back to this thread: I had similar issue on my system (see previous post) but on top of that, my PW was not powering my house reliably during peak hours. When I logged in to my inverter I can see L1 over voltage or similar error before the inverter shutdown. Tesla found something...

Better to use powerwalls or grid as my daily storage?

So basically Tesla guarantee the PW will be able to fully charge and discharge everyday for 10 years assuming reserved is set at the default 20%....

4 kW Tesla solar install (with existing solar) and Powerwall addition and what I learned

Hmm.... Can't install inside of garage is a Cupertino thing? I am in San Jose and installed mine inside and stacked without problem. The 5' requirement is for everything to prevent noise as I was told when I installed my AC...

Both Inverters stuck in night mode

Sounds like something got disconnected so the inverters dont detect power from the panels..... It's less likely that both inverters are bad with the same symptoms.

Unstable grid voltage can cause PW fail to function properly

Yeah was surprised when Tesla told me that was the problem. Fortunately nothing got damaged since I moved in couple years ago and the only light flickering I had was fixed after I replaced the dimmer switch... Guess I was lucky

Unstable grid voltage can cause PW fail to function properly

When I got my PTO in early Feb, my PW would not discharge throughout the peak hours and it will randomly stop discharging for a period of time then come back either a blip or stay for an hour then stop discharging again. At the same time, I saw a lot of L1N over voltage error reported on my...
