Is it a brand new unit? The rebate form says the charger "must be: new and unused ... chargers that are portable, resold, rebuilt, received from warranty insurance claims or won as a prize are not eligible for rebates under this Program." (#4 of the terms and conditions)

After. I got a text on Nov 3 that delivery would be Nov 12. Just got assigned a VIN on Nov 5, still waiting for ACH instructions. I emailed them yesterday asking when to expect a contract and payment info but haven't heard back yet.

Just got a text from Tesla saying my car would be ready for home delivery Nov. 12! I logged in and the website now shows my delivery appointment time. No VIN though... Day 0 line waiter, Los Angeles, ordered MR in the evening of Oct 18 w/ Aero wheels and EAP.

It's quite possible they'll separate out a Cold Weather Package by the time they start delivering to Norway and Canada more than a year from now.
