You said the car was towed to a nearby body shop called Lee’s collision center. Are they Tesla approved/certified body shop? If they are not, that is probably the reason why Tesla Service Center is not providing them certain parts.

Depends on your SC, they may or may not fix it under warranty claiming it’s cosmetic and does not interfere with the seal. My local SC did not cover it and wanted over thousand for both sides because the glasses need to be replaced. You will just have to ask your SC to see what they say.

It seems to be a Steam Deck OS / emulator because everything references steam deck. It said it will use Wifi but judging from the download speed it must be going through the LTE connection.

Same here, no wifi network, only Tesla cell network. Not sure if a bug or the way they want to limit its functionality to premium connectivity subscribers.
