Instead of "Beta" features, now they will have "Beta users", so if something happens its not features faults, but users mistake since they are Beta :) -

I always see 12-13 people on 38.9x version, just 15 updated, which I assume few got rolled back. -

Sounds like camera view is blocked, may be due to rain or dirt.
