Tesla service finally responded to my emails and set up service appointment for yesterday. They replaced the rear window and will reinstall the roof rack next week after the adhesive is cured. I finally received M3 Roof Rack after along wait. I installed rack precisely as the instructions said. I carried my Sea kayak (17 ft) and Cargo box with out any trouble. Then when I went paddle boarding I noticed the glass was cracked as the picture indicates. I have sent 3 messages to TESLA...- paddlepro
