A question for No. Calif. delivered Tesla 3's: how long to receive plates?

If you are asking for the sticker, you can send in the form as soon as you have your vin. By the time they process it, your plates will be issued.

Yellow screen? Force Tesla to Replace it!

It is strange that Tesla can make a screen for the 3 that doesn't have this issue yet can't seem to fix the issue for the S and the X. You would think they would use the same glue or method they use on the 3 for new S/X screens. Maybe there is just some fundamental flaw in the S and X screen...

If tweeting Elon doesn't work there are a few other Tesla execs on twitter who might not be too busy to ignore upset customers: @samteller - Director, Office of the CEO @KeelyScenario - Director global communications @robinren - VP worldwide sales

Yellow screen? Force Tesla to Replace it!

Google searches reveal that their arbitration cost is between 500-1000. It would be interesting if anyone could get how many cases he has on this, and how much they cost exactly out of him. I also think we should initiate a tweatstorm/eecb against Elon on this. Based on the fact he claims he...

The trick is to call a few service centers that morning and get names of people you spoke to and times of call. He can't dispute that when you have multiple data points.

Call sales and ask to be transfered. Its the only way I have found that works consistently. The problem is it needs to be a location with both I think.

Just file the case, it literally takes like 10 minutes to file. It's faster then trying to call them.

Tesla Customer Service is a Black Hole

Best way I have found to get someone is call a service center that has sales attached. Call the SALES number, where they always miracously answer. Then be asked to transfer

The arbitration has a lemon law option. That way you wouldn't need a lawyer. They also can't retaliate against you for it. If they do, you can go after them for more damages in most states.

Do oral. It's only a half hour meeting and allows you to state your case clearly. I believe that is the reason I won mine as well.

Good point! We have significant reason to believe (based on what he has told multiple members here, including myself) that he is reading this thread. If Tesla really cared, he could provide his contact information on this forum and create a priority list.

Question for those of you that have opted for in person. Do you know if the person from Tesla is local to where you live or they have to fly someone from the bay area?

    I'd proceed with the case.
