I do let it charge immediately, but will switch to scheduled charging. I do precondition the battery prior to leaving for work. Clearly you're doing something right, so I appreciate your feedback and info.

Depends on your SA. My SA told me if I find an existing inventory he would do it and he did. Then they credited another $100 back to me because of all the drama about me buying a "used 2018 model 3" and the hassle they put me through. I picked it up yesterday and it is almost perfect.

I pulled an existing inventory model 3 in Marina Del Rey. I ordered Monday and went through some hell with Tesla on Tuesday, but I am picking it up Friday. I was given the option to get it tomorrow but it doesn't work for me. The trick is hunt the existing inventory(if you can) for your config.

This is the way forward for those of you who can't keep waiting. It seems like everyone in that discord is going to eventually get their car. Lots of SR+ got picked up this way.

As an update, my SA says I bought a used 2018 and payment didn't go through. What's funny is my order page shows 2021 and I found my vin, via page inspection, and it's a 2021 VIN. On top of the fact that my payment went through on my banks end, I'm not sure what to think.

I found one in Existing inventory in Marina Del Rey and ordered it. Now I see this on my order page for the last 2 hours. Not sure if this means I didn't get it. Anyone get any idea or experience with this?

Rumor is a large truck crashed into the transformers(?) Used for the superchargers. I'm assuming they were getting on the 101 and did this.
