    Subwoofer output connector

I have a 2021 M3 and I will be installing a powered Rockford Fosgate sub. Will just draw power from the penthouse and connector under the passenger rear seat and draw the signal from the rear speaker connector on the doors. Pretty straight forward. Lots of info on this site, just search and read

Winshield replacement for M3 in the GTA

Called my insurance company for guidance and they said I had a $0.00 deductible. Got them to pay for it. I remember asking what the premium discount would be for a 250, 500 and 1,000 deductible and the it wasn't worth the savings. Not exact but for a 250 deductible, it was like a $75 savings...

Winshield replacement for M3 in the GTA

Just had a small crack turn into a larger crack on the way home. Tesla wants $1200 CAD to replace it. In all my 30 years of driving, I have never replaced a windshield. Has anyone had their windshield replaced in the GTA? Appreciate the help.

Adding a charger to my 100 amp panel

Not sure of the dryer buddy, never used it. I would go with option 2. I also have 100 amp service an try to limit the amperage to the car to about 20 amp. My thought is what's the hurry to charge at 32 amps when I have at least 7 hours of low amp usage in the house overnight. Low power is...

    Model 3 totaled! please advise

Most policies have a rider that you get full replacement value for a certain period of time if your car is totalled. This means zero depreciation. Check your policy

M3 Audio Upgrades- Show us what you did

Thanks for the heads up @amorris on the sub. My goal this spring is to build a fibreglass box to house a 10" woofer in the same location as the factory sub. Never built one before and the youtube videos look easy along with guidance videos from the same guy who's video you linked above. Was...

New TeslaOffer SR+ Speaker Activation Wiring

I just installed the Tesla Offer harness and need to THANK @todd2fst4u for all his guidance. Todd numerous times has mentioned making his own harness and I can see the benefit to cannibalizing the Tesla Offer harness to run your own wires from the ICE computer to the Alpine Amp and back to the...

Mustang Mach-E Gets Great Reviews = Model 3 Challenger

Took the dog for a walk and found a Mach E in a driveway with factory plates. Walked up for a closer look and was impressed with the interior and exterior. I thought the sides near the back flared out like my M3 but not as dramatic. I kinda like the little dash through the steering wheel.

New TeslaOffer SR+ Speaker Activation Wiring

I also ordered the Tesla Offer cable and Canada post says delivery will be Wed. I also bought the Alpine Amp KTP-445U to power these speakers. Tesla Offer sent me some videos for connecting the tweeters in both doors via WhatsApp. Ask them to send the same videos (852 5300 3074 Raymond Wu)...

    Model 3 Tint (pictures?)

I did have it wrong. The tint must be 20% and the film was a ceramic window tint.

I would have thought 'clear' would be closer to zero. However, I could be wrong

    Model 3 Tint (pictures?)

You can see the white picket fence through the tint. I used a company called Sekanskin. They put a plastic wrap on the front end and did the tint as well. Check out their website, very high-end cars. Pricing might have been a little high but Ryan is very easygoing and will take care of your needs.

    Model 3 Tint (pictures?)

I'm in Mississauga and went 80% all around. It's not very dark. I think if you went lighter than 70 you would be disappointed. I can see right through my car tint at 80%. I don't think you will have any trouble with the law.
