No, if you have premium connectivity, it doesn't drop the WiFi, but if you don't, it does. The logic is reversed. It's clearly a bug.

I charged there last night, and there was yellow caution tape around the new chargers. Fortunately there wasn't any shortage of the regular chargers while I was there, so I didn't test the new ones. This was the first charger I've been at that by default limited charging to 80%.

I wanted to charge today, and it was full. I'm always concerned when the charger is at a service center, as they will also charge cars for delivery, cars being repaired, loaner cars, etc. Or maybe it was just popular today.

I've never understood why anyone would set up a fancy networked charging station instead of a simple generic 1772 charger when they're not making people pay to use it.
