Try turning off-peak hours off. You may have a conflict and charging is starting too late to get 100% by 8am.

I always have that when the car is heading north. I chalked it up to poor antenna placement. Maybe I should have it looked at.

I always thought airbag deployment would mean the car most likely would be totaled? If you don't want the car fixed, get an independent adjuster to fight for you.
