Yes, only US vehicles have received the.36.8 update, so its only available for the US

Mine is also a vision only M3LR picked up August and got the update this week

There are 14 vehicles in teslafi that just updated from 2021.3.104 to 2021.32.22 seems like we're finally going to get updated, hope someone with vision only can confirm this
