My experience upgrading to MCU2
I upgraded my 2015 Model S 70D with MCU2, IC2 and the FM Radio. Cost $2250 + tax. The cost, particularly $500 for the radio, seemed high but this upgrade has been totally worth it. Given how little service cost I've had over the past 8 years I shouldn't complain. Before the upgrade software... -

Sentry Mode Viewer Buggy
Similar issue. The viewer is blank for a long time and then maybe opens a recent video, but essentially unusable. I plugged my drive into my MacBook and it reads fine, with lots of content seemingly recorded correctly, though I didn't check in detail. Seems the in car viewer is not production...- PeterBro

Cracking speaker
You might also experiment with enabling or disabling the voice navigation directions and volume control. I've had that sound from the drivers side speaker. I think it is interference from the phone in the compartment in the dash getting into that audio circuitry. The sound only comes out the... -
