To wrap this up. The service center confirmed that the supermanifold is the issue and they are ordering a replacement (1547595-98-E). Until then they put me in a loaner Model X.

Thats a good callout on the Easy Entry settings, but that is turned off. I generally use Auto. I only turned it to Manual because it wasn't working. But, new development... the A/C is no longer working at all about 1/2 the time. On Auto, the blue light for A/C turns off, the recycle turns off...

Well, in the "on" mode (next to "camp" mode") the rear vents do stay on while I am away. However, it was when I came back that it decided to turn off.

I have the same rattle issue on my passenger side front or pillar. It seems to be much worse on days when it is cold. I will try cleaning the top of the window and the rubber seal.

I can confirm that I have the exact same issue on my Model Y. I found this thread when I was going to post the same issue. Every few weeks I have to go in and raise the mirrors because they keep getting lower. I don't use Easy Entry, but I will try and turn off the auto-tilt.

I am in the market for a new car and this issue would be a deal-breaker as one of the major problems with our existing car is inadequate ventilation in the back seats. Does anyone know if this same issue applies to Model Y and/or X?
