My issue is that I might be putting non-refundable deposit down in next few weeks on this car without personally seeing. So I hope it does not remind me that it looks like X every-time I look at it next 5 years :O

I keep hearing that and that is not a good thing. Model X looks bad from just about every angle :(....to put it mildly !!

I am afraid that white plastic sitting in the sun over time will start to turn yellow. Might be several years before you notice the difference, but it will happen. I guess sun shades might be a way to protect it.

Will white interior have the wood grain or white trim on the dashboard ? I am leaning towards white interior, but would still like to have wooden trim.

From the first picture, M3 holds its own pretty well next to S looks wise.

Exactly !! Your car should not be the deciding factor for when to stop or where to eat or which hotel to spend the night etc etc. It should be your stomach... or your mood... or your spouse....or your kids.

I have three other cars in the house(ICE). I don't think I would take my LR any further than where single charge takes me a brings me back.

I am going to pass on EAP at this time. It might be too tame for my driving taste. I am an aggressive driver and I enjoy it. Just personal choice. It does sound like a cool feature though.

I think majority of the Tesla's sales are in the US so they will hit that number faster than Nissan which sells globally and has higher overall sales.

That's why its good to put your EV circuit on a second meter. That's what I have done. My house rates are not effected by EV-TOU rates.

Impressive video. Though this full autonomous functionality is not available in Gen2. Single lane driving available now. Lane change capability coming later, possibly thru software updates. I wonder if Leaf would have full autonomous braking at all speeds as a standard feature? Tesla M3 is...

I understand. Been there. I have had two different Leaf's, 2011 and 2013 over the years. That's why there will not be #3 :) Hopefully Nissan has improved the battery a bit.
