Factory tour passes are easier to get if you have reserved or currently own a Tesla.

Order confirmed on 6/15 for my MX P90DL. It's July now and still haven't heard from anyone at Tesla. I did get a 117XX VIN though... My Tesla page also shows that a delivery specialist hasn't been assigned. Is this lack of assignment abnormal? What is the best way to go about getting one assigned?
