Thanks for the reply. However I did try that, even with switch the breaker on and off. I called the Tesla and they will mail me a new one.

yea, should be a defective unit. They will send me a new one.

Yes, it's gen3, I just bought last week and following the quick start guide to either scan the QR code or search the wifi.

I did flip the breaker a few times, still never found the wifi broadcast. I called tesla energy, they asked me to do that as well. Since it's still failing, they submit a ticket to the system and some technician will contact me tomorrow.

Have you had any issue during the commissioning? I cannot find the wall connector wifi, tried turn the power off/on or hold the charge button for 5 seconds. I even tried 2 phones and 1 laptop, non of them can find the tesla wall connector wifi.
