    Seeking advise and interest?

While in general I agree with Hiline. I would add that some examples in findmyelectric and onlyusedTesla has been closer to 29k with similar 80k milage in the last month.

    Supercharger - Reno, NV

I have noticed several occasions that the J1772 people just use the connectors across from that stall and in certain vehicles the connector will reach even as parked at the other side of the curb.

Tesla loan comparison spreadsheet - auto updates hourly

I tried that last week and their reply was: the Arts Council updated their terms recently to limit only local patrons can join Riverland. So at least for me, this in essence eliminated anyone out of area to be eligible to open Riverland FCU. It took them 5 days to respond with multiple phone...

Does the model X make your passengers car sick?

My family had gotten car sick from both 2nd and 3rd row on different occasions. Having a 6 seater, our working theory is that it has something to do with how far the seats are located from the center of the car rotational axis. 2nd row are pushed farther sided ways and 3rd are further back from...

    Tesla Gigafactory

No I don't. Several of my friends do (technically also for Panasonic, I guess) but I can't speak for them. I can only try to share my perspective related to the peripheral situations.

    Tesla Gigafactory

I agree , i doubt it would be a problem for Gigafactory people at work. It is more of a problem when they chew up your trees in the yard and leaves giant dropping on your porch, like after they return to their rental houses...you just have to lean to work with the horses. Okay, okay it is more...

    Tesla Gigafactory

Speaking as a newer transplant here in the last 5 years. The Reno-Sparks region has experienced new construction housing boom before the gigafactory announcement but the pace has accelerated drastically since then. Apartments are in really short supply. They are in a housing competition with...

    Tesla Gigafactory

Does your brother in-law works for the Panasonic plant that you linked above? I am curious in which metrics you define as bigger than Tesla's?

    Speculation - New charging plug?

From the stall availability report on the S/X navigation system and the headquarters supercharger dashboard, I assume they have real-time data collection.

Tesla Model X is and Is Not!!

I agree with you on the subjectivity of these type of comparison. Cayenne is on the smaller side of mid/fullsize SUV though. Mercedes-Benz G-Class Length 187.6″; Wheelbase 112.2″ Porsche Cayenne Length 191.4″; Wheelbase 113.98″ BMW X5 Length 192.4″; Wheelbase 115.5″ Toyota Land Cruiser Length...

Retractable spoiler not available for P100d

I am fairly certain JB was referring to the difference theoretically to have a P90D with fixed spoiler. (Via computer simulation I presume, if it was ever produced internally. I am not aware of any production P90Ds to have a fixed spoiler) 2.5 miles of difference is too small for any...

Retractable spoiler not available for P100d

I recall somewhere along the line JB mentioned in an interview that active spoiler improves 1% range in P90D.

Was the Model 3 Trunk Opening Changed at All?

I agree shortened rear big window is the most likely way to increase the opening height. I just can't see that from the sighting pictures though.
