Thank you. I'm definitely going to get the HPWC with the $500 rebate, just not sure about the dedicated TOU meter or not. I want to believe it's worth the costs, but am always skeptical. I'm also going to call Oran today, I appreciate the recommendation.

I'm considering having the HPWC installed, but with TOU metering, does it actually save money over sticking with standard metering? Just wondering if the rebate is actually worth it, or if it's a ploy by LADWP to get me to pay more in the long term. Do you have any insight?
