I made the same mistake applying for credit before the VIN. There were delays and had to apply again which definitely dinged my credit numbers. But not a whole lot though.

You should wait to apply for credit until you get a VIN. Even the delivery specialist said the same thing.

Third brake light is functioning normally. Service center verified the situation, did a low voltage test and looked at the wires but everything checked out. They believe it is possibly software related and probably will be corrected on the next update. But they escalated it to region to see...

Anyone notice on 2023.6.1 that the third brake light doesn’t light up on the dashboard when you press the brakes or go into regen? Also on the new mini window vehicle box on the MCU, the turning indicator lights up when pressing the brake as well. What’s going on here? Software issue?

My local service center at Walnut, CA was able to provide a loaner even when service completion was less than 48 hours. Also, they do not give Uber credits anymore.

Mine is set to auto. There are times it rides really smooth and other times rough. Adaptive suspension can be glitchy at times. Last recent software update seemed to make the ride better.

Agree with you. The new adaptive headlights looks dated and the rear tailights look boring.

Funny thing happened today. Came back to my Model S and found out Spotify music was being played off the Boombox. Security guy looked very puzzled seeing a car play music with no one inside. And so was I since I didn’t turn the feature on. Anyone else experienced this?
