I'm not sure you do. You ask about a second ticket when one isn't needed. The scenario described by PLUS EV allows someone to park/charge for up to 30 minutes for free using only one parking garage ticket.

I took delivery in GA and registered in CA. Avoided Tesla's $2500 transport fee, paid only CA sales tax.

That happened to me. Had it in the service center for other stuff and when I brought that up, they said they would replace the clips that hold it all together. Haven't gotten the car back yet so we'll see.

Stumbled on this thread because I have a similar issue. Swapping out staggered grey 21" turbines with square silver ones. Tech at service center said they could do it. Only limitation was that he said they could only do OEM wheels.

I just picked up a cpo a couple weeks ago that's almost exactly like yours! Only difference is it's pearl white instead of blue, has the pano roof, and black 21" wheels. Had 43k miles and bought it for $65.5k to give you an idea of the profit Tesla turns on these.

I've had fairly good luck at Qualcomm, but that's likely because I only go either before 7 am or after 8 pm. My house is ~1800 sf. We have a pool/pool pump, an electric range/oven, gas dryer, and rarely run the AC. Here's a pic of the panel:
