Got FSD removed and the price stayed the same! Tesla support folks kept telling me that it will increase. Thanks to TMC threads, I read that others did not have an increase in price. Based on that, I decided to go forward with the risk that I may lose $1500 (well, I actually save 10k+tax)...

It seems that I will incur the price increase based on what Tesla order support team told me. I have asked them to remove FSD in any case. It hasn't been processed yet. We'll see what ends up happening.

Finally, got a VIN 11:50pm last night!! Got an email notification. Ordered 5/1, MYLR, Red/Black, 19", 5 seater, no tow, fsd, third party financing. Now, I am trying to get FSD removed. Hoping the new price will not kick in.

Can you share how you removed the FSD? I just accepted the Tesla Vision prompt but I don't see a way to remove FSD on my account. Did you do it through your SA or Tesla support?
