Wrong - The Gen 1 UMC with 3 phase will do this; so will the Irish Gen 2 UMC with 3 phase.

Wrong - some accept 16.5kW and some 22kW.

When I drove the Plaid for a few thousand miles, I found it normally found the gear for me. Obviously, you don't wand to go forward when there's a car or brick wall in front of you.

Insurance; I have all 3 Tesla (S, 3 & Y) with Allianz @ $800 odd each. New bill for the first up 38%. Does anyone know a good broker?

Just got the renewal for the S - up 38%. Looks like it's back on the roundabout. I sent them a polite inquiry as to why the 38% increase and got a heap of bullshit in reply.

They are all crooks; as I said before, I have a 2015 S 85, a 2020 3 LR and a 2023 Y RWD all at ~$800 PA with Allianz. All policies have excess ~$1500 and one included windscreen; low km ~15,000 PA helps. No limit on drivers as I have a P driver (law stops him from driving the 3).

'Apparently' Tesla have found one for me in the Melbourne warehouse.

I have a Gen 1 UMC with a three phase adapter. Unfortunately, the UMC just failed and Tesla can no longer repair/replace it. Anyone know where I can find someone to repair the UMC?

Allianz - I can't spell. Every year I re-quote as they all put the prices up. Also, I think the 'P' frightens them.

True - that's obviously not the case but it makes a good story.

With that many cars, don't need many km each. Used to be much more when I only had the S.
