Got off the phone with my DS a few moments ago, and have an appointment to pick the car up on Tuesday next week. The waiting is still hell...

Mine *finally* got a more narrowly defined estimated delivery date; December 10th to 17th. I've been in touch with my DS to request delivery on Thursday - if that's not doable, I'll have to wait until Monday at the soonest...

The cars are shipped from the US to Europe by Wallenius Wilhelmsen. I entered the VIN into the Cargo ID field here: WWL That told me what ship the car was on. I then went to a ship tracker - I like fleetmon.com - and tracked the actual ship's progress.

Finally, the car is in Norway; I'm currently watching the live satellite feed, the ship is being led into port by a tug boat. Hopefully, that means we can pick it up next week...

The waiting is absolute murder. Mine has been offloaded in Bremerhaven, then loaded I another boat for Drammen, which should arrive today. My DS says they need three days for final shines and whatnot before it's ready for delivery. I'm hoping for delivery next week, but have no date as yet.

Problem is that we're also in the process of moving; not going to install anything at the old place, and the new place doesn't have power run to the parking spot.
