FSD 12.3.4 downloaded today to my Feb 2017 Model S90D which came with AP2 and had the hardware (MCU & camera) upgraded a few years ago. I do not have HW3. Took it for a test drive around suburban Western Massachusetts - the FSD was excellent and matched my FSD experience in my wife's 2020...
