I have that on mine too and the other S on the lot had the same issue, some worst than others. I think you're better off using touchup paint the service center said there's nothing they can do and likely to cause even more damage.

I would have tried a different service center, that front triangle window is known to have problems. I had the same issue on mine before but had to wait 3 months for parts. They managed to fix it but then they also managed to scratch up my passenger window. Two months later and still waiting on...
