Supercharger - Syracuse, NY - Destiny USA Drive

Returning to Syracuse to see family in a few weeks, and having the Supercharger at Destiny USA is very convenient. No longer have to drive to Liverpool for a charge.

    Just got 2019.24.4

I got the new update, and finally can use my CHAdeMO adapter that has been collecting dust for the last 10 months. I really needed this update for a trip this weekend. :)

    Speed limit recognition

After driving on other highways and roads, I think the speed recognition I experienced last week was a fluke. Taking my normal route to work via tollway, which have signs that state the speed limit is 55 mph, the car showed various speeds between 55 - 70mph.

    Speed limit recognition

I just got the latest update, and I believe my Model 3 can now recognize speed limit signs . While driving today, I passed a 70 mph speed limit signs , and the sign on the touchscreen screen changed to the correct limit . Previously, it would only show 60 mph on the touchscreen based on the...

New Model 3 Registration in Texas

After weeks of no updates or replies to my emails, I was told that there was an issue with the Vehicle Inspection Reports system in September. As a result, my registration was never completed, and I have to bring it back in to complete this process. My second 30 day registration expires on 11/5.

Supercharger - Dallas, TX - The Hill

I was leaving a late movie and noticed that new LED lighting was on and the wrapping was off the chargers. Plugged it in, and a charge. Checked the thread earlier today with no updates -- only to have 3 updates soon after I checked saying it live. Really wished my email alerts would work...

    Supercharger - Plano, Texas

I had to stop at the new location in Plano, since it's not too far from where I work. I charged to about 90% and got between ~66-72 kW throughout the charge from stall 1B.

100 kWh Battery Coming Soon to Model 3?

This could be very true .... but why the person helping me at the service station offer this information to a customer unwarranted? Then tell me they weren't able to give me the fully details as it wasn't announced? That seems strange. I did a search of of this forum, other Telsa related sites...

100 kWh Battery Coming Soon to Model 3?

I had a conversation with a Tesla customer service rep and I mentioned that I was waiting for the dual motor option for the Model 3. Then, out of the blue, they mentioned it was probably the best to wait considering the 100 kWh battery will be an option around the middle of the year. I asked...

    Supercharger - Cisco, TX

I took a road trip from Dallas to El Paso for Thanksgiving. On my way back to Dallas, I stopped at the Cisco location and it was chaos. Out of all the stalls, only 2 cars were Telsas parked at the stalls. Only 4 of the stalls had Tesla parking only signs, while the others had 30 minute general...

    Supercharger - Meridian, MS

I am really hoping that the chargers will be brought online today or tomorrow. I will be driving through Saturday afternoon. I guess I have to check this thread Saturday while in Jackson, MS to know for sure.

    Supercharger - Meridian, MS

I am really hoping this Supercharger opens this week. I am driving to Atlanta and stopping in Meridian would save 2 hours on my trip compared to heading south to Mobile, AL.

Trip A and Trip B bog down the CPU's memory and processor?

I started experience UI issues last week when I plugged in my USB drive, I would lose: bluetooth, LTE, and navigation screen will freeze. I took my car in for its annual service Wednesday and we were able to reproduce the issue. The tech looked at it and stated that issue was cause by my Trip...

    SuperCharger - Denton, Tx

Visited the supercharger today and all stalls are working. I found the parking to be a bit tight, but it is manageable. At its peak, I was getting 327 mi/hr (369 V, 278A) in stall 2A. It has been a long wait, but I am glad this Supercharger is finally operational.
