If you're really paranoid, get a proper dashcam. The Tesla implementation really isn't reliable enough for my liking. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. In my experience anyway.

Punctures are only allowed to be repaired in the central 3/4ths of the tread, where the tread is thickest. From your picture, I think you are unlikely to get a repair done.

No USS is probably the thing you might miss the most. Otherwise, same niggles you're used to - phantom braking, indecisive AP, software updates focused on gaming rather than driving experience etc. etc.
