Has anyone had to go for the “required” FSD test drive before being able to pick up your car? The Wall Street Journal reports that it is now required.

Finally I have a delivery date! Order 12/18/23. VIN 3/21/24. Delivery 3/30/24. LR UR, 19”, black interior, wheel. Minnesota.

Got a VIN (finally) and now estimated delivery March 27-31. SA says it may be March 29 or 30. Can’t be 31 in Minnesota since dealerships are closed on Sundays. My car is on a train headed to Chicago, according to the SA.

Their build order is off. Lots of cars ordered months after me have delivery already. There does not appear to be a logic to this.

Mine was built March 18. Maybe just early enough that it actually is in transit already.

I got my VIN yesterday and was told today that it is already in transit to the IL rail yard with a “rough” estimated ETA of 3/29. With dealers closed in MN on Sundays, it has to arrive 3/29 or 3/30. Not expecting it will make it….

14th EDD change just happened, I have entered my EDD range now 14 times. Went from yesterday-Mar 31 to now Mar 24-31. Don’t expect it to happen either. Hoping for April as a possibility….

Congratulations. Should not have to say that for getting a VIN assigned, but I understand. I don’t see logistically how I could take delivery in MN at this point. Plus, with Minnesota’s blue laws, car dealers must be closed on Sundays, so I can’t take delivery on March 31 even if I wanted. I...

Well, since today is done, tomorrow it will time for another change to my EDD. This will be the 14th time it’s changed.
