Evoforce, You are correct that turning on the lights all the time would prevent the problem from being visible, but was masking the symptoms, rather than fixing the problem did not strike me as a valid solution (especially because the Model S likes to manage your headlights lights for you).

Utter nonsense, there are at least 14 public level 2 chargers off Yonge Street between Eglinton Avenues and Steele Avenue (on the way from Christie and Dupont to Richmond Hill)! This a complete non-story.
