Can confirm with 2023.44.30.14 the CCS retro button is under the high voltage screen, enabled CCS retrofit and got charging error alerts, software reset and CCS is now enabled with no error alerts. Followed the manual and didn’t unplug the batteries, took 5min.

i can’t remember, for DIY board install do I need to be on Teslas service centers WiFi to push the update in service mode? The Tesla manual doesn’t even tell you to power down the 12v or main battery while doing this retrofit, crazy.

Just curious… had mobile service come by and install a “new” 12v battery. Date is 8/1/23, manufactured 6 months old. I know in the past at the auto parts I would always look for 1 to 2 month old batteries to purchase. Just hate the ideal of a battery sitting on the shelf for 5 months to half a year.

Almost 6 years old on our 2018 with 56k miles, temps in the teens next week so just proactively scheduled the 12v replacement finally after the last 2 years debating. Not taking any chances this winter, and not worth the hassle when she does die.
