EVFIXME sells a pre formatted, pre partitioned, SD card that's plug and play for $20. Worked great in my 2013 S60 with failing nav data. I took the MCU out, but it's good to know you can swap it without all that work.

Is it mandatory to replace the bolts on this job? The service manual usually says "remove and discard" for parts that can't be re-used, but not in this case. Thx

After replacing bad upper and lower control arms in the front, they finally tried new rear halfshafts which seems to have fixed the problem! The part number said performance even though mine is just a RWD S60 REAR HALFSHAFT 36 MM, PERFORMANCE Part #: 1007719-00-C
