That's because the car never enters deep sleep. I guess it's not a bad temporary solution, but you'll drain your battery more than if sentry mode is disabled.

I'm on 2024.3.15 and USB drives still do not mount after a deep sleep without a reboot. (I'm running TeslaUSB, so it takes tens of seconds for the USB drive to be available after power turns on)

A teslafi routine is probably the best solution, but how much time do you spend at each home? Maybe change the car's home location to where you're staying at the moment?

My 2020 MY has a 12V outlet in the driver side wheel well. Hard to see because of all the black, but I noticed it a few days ago (after 2 years!)

The only benefit over a traditional heads-up display is to other drivers/pedestrians.... a HUD would be better.

I find my self relying more on the screen display than the mirror for the blindspot reason... What's a real shame is we have no cross traffic alert. Tough backing out in parking lots.

Hmmm while driving today I got an alert "cabin climate control system requires service"!!! A/C is still working, including passenger and rear vents. Could it be related to the mystery plug? Could it be related to the coil cleaner I sprayed on the evaporator?

I hated the AC on my 2020 MY.... even bought a "power ventilated seat cover" for long 100+ degree road trips just to make it bearable. That changed when I found out about roof shades being available ($40-$50 on Amazon). Talk about a life changer... now the AC is great... I wish I knew about...
