Model X Timeline - From Prototype to Production
the engagement lock on the falcon door wasn't properly engaging, the door wouldn't shut completely. I have been impressed by the service aspect. they sent a specialist out to try to fix it at my house, they sent over a model s loaner and came and took my X away.- Roadchad2

Model X Sig Series, Vin# 517 delivered to San Diego Feb 3rd, I had it for 12 hours and had a problem which required Tesla to come pick it up and take it away so they could repair it. not sure when I see it next.- Roadchad2
