Happened to me too at 9K miles (8 months old). They ended up replacing my entire center console.

That is definitely what was happening to my MS LR within a few weeks of my receiving the car. The fixed it by retorquing the suspension. See the attached portion of my invoice for that service.

I used the Other option for something not listed in the menus.

I took delivery on Dec. 7 without the cover for the lower cubby. I did have the privacy cover. I put in a service request and mobile service delivered my cubby cover on the 23rd.

If you read the page they link you to, it says they will be ready in February 2022.
