1000% agree. Tesla's customer service was what made me buy a Tesla. But the service has been steadily deteriorating since 2020. I will probably not buy a Tesla as my next car.

Hi My headlight is not working. There is no light. Waiting for service center to give a cost estimate. Any thoughts on cost? Since nothing is lighting up do I have to replace the whole unit or just the bulb. If anyone has some experience, please let know your thoughts. Thanks.

For me it is the opposite. When I reverse out of my garage its ok. But when I am at a shopping center during day light and try to reverse the camera is completely useless. I can not see anything. I have to look around and reverse slowly just like when we had no reverse camera in the past. My...

Recently, I am unable to see anything in the reverse camera when I am reversing during daylight. At night time or dusk, I can see the camera image when reversing. Any one else having this problem? Any solutions? Started noticing this for the past month or so. Any suggestions appreicated.

Based on process of elimination, it seems to occur when the regenerative brake kicks in, as you take the foot off the accelerator, no slipping issues when I am accelerating even if very slowly. Only when the regenerative brakes kick in... !!!!
