For those with the Vehicle may not restart message

Posted this another thread where they had the same problem but here's the rest of the story: Had this happen to my wife on 8/4/22 when she was driving our 2017 75D. After telling me she saw the "Vehicle may not restart message," I told her to drive to the nearest Tesla service center (which was...

Electrical warnings - Car Won’t Start

Had this happen to my wife on 8/4/22 when she was driving our 2017 75D. After telling me she saw the "Vehicle may not restart message," I told her to drive to the nearest Tesla service center (which was 3 miles away). After she parked, the car wouldn't restart and it just so happened that this...

For those with the Vehicle may not restart message

Hi All, My wife was driving our 2017 75D when it threw the beloved message and the car powered down and would not restart after she was able to pull into a lot. Had to get the car towed to the Seattle service center and they were able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. For...

    2017 Model S 75D - Charging Amps Reduced

Did you get an update recently? I also have a 17' 75D and this has happened to me several times. After manually increasing the amp to 40, the settings seem to stay for a while.

Rear driver side window switch not working

Hello all, I have a mid year build 75d that's a few months out of warranty and rear driver side window switch doesn't seem to work. I'm able open and close the window from the front master switch with no problems. Also tried rebooting the MCU with no change. Has this happen to any of you?

(Possible) Fitment issues stepping down TO 19" FROM 21" OEM wheels

I'm running some 19x8.5" aftermarket wheels but my offset is +34. Try going to a rim/tire shop to see what they have to say since they'll have the correct hub rings for your car.

    Aftermarket filter for Model S

There's a smaller one behind the glovebox of the refresh Model S. You can set the air to recirculate on the main screen.

    Aftermarket filter for Model S

I just installed the exact same filter you have there and from the looks of your old filter, I would stick with a 1 year replacement interval. When I called the local service center, there were selling the HEPA filters for close to $200. I also swapped out my cabin filter not too long ago for...

    Model S with Oz Ultraleggeras

Bought mine from Tire rack and 20" didn't show up there. Oh well, good to know.

    Model S with Oz Ultraleggeras

I have them in the 19"s and wasn't aware that they made that wheel in 20" size.

    Tpms from TireRack not reading

TireRack ended up sending me another set of sensors after I went to Discount Tire and they weren't able to get a reading from them. I brought the new sensors to Discount prior to having them install them and was able to get a reading. TR reimbursed me for the labor charges for DT to install...

    Tpms from TireRack not reading

Just tried this last night with no change. Tirerack wants me to bring it to a local tire shop to see if they can read the sensors.

    Tpms from TireRack not reading

One sensor started reading after 10 minutes or so of driving. Guess I might have 3 bad sensors.

    Tpms from TireRack not reading

I have a 2017 75d and just received my tire/wheel combo from TireRack with continental tpms pre-installed. Slapped the new wheels on tonight and after about 7 miles of driving, the "detected new wheel sensors" message popped up and I hit the OK button. After that, the error message with the...
