Yep ! I have FSD with hw 3.0. Only twist might be I purchased FSD in 2/2019, a full four months after taking delivery of the car. And waited several months for the hw upgrade to hw3.0.

Same. I have 2021.32.22 on a Model 3 from 2018, the release notes even says the beta button is there under the autopilot menu. It most certainly is not. I've been waiting since 10/2018 for this promise, so this is kind of torquing me off.

But with a lawyer you are guaranteed screwed over. And you can still get screwed by the insurance company to boot. lose-lose.

Same thing here - took all my money, withdrew the car and gave me a promise for well into the future. They blew me off 3 times the weekend at the end of the quarter. I applied a little pressure (I think) and they coughed up a car matching my description in about 24 hours from that point...
