Double Scroll wheel reboot works in 2018.10.6 so that should fix WiFi connections for those having issues. It seems after a hard reboot, the WiFi will connect.

I had the same issue with WiFi. I rebooted the car and my Apple airport Extreme router. I even took off Security and slowly added it back. Not sure which one worked but it did eventually work.
