Did they change the algorithm? Back when you had to audition for FSDb any mistakes caused by AP didn't count against you. If they did, that really sucks!

I have a brand new windshield. 49.9k on the car and about 2k on the windshield. Worked fine before 11.7.2 with the new windshield (no product other than invisi glass) and the behavior changed significantly with 11.7.2 to match most of what others here describe.

To @KArnold point - we all interpret it how we will. There's nothing that says in the notes/warnings/cautions that if this is displayed than "x" is degraded. Standard fair weather cautions about keeping hands on wheel not withstanding, this is ill-defined. Why display it if nothing changes...

Nor is it designed to. That's your job: "Tesla automatically reduces driving speed when lights from an emergency vehicle are detected when using Autosteer at night on a high speed road". It's a very rudimentary feature that only works under very defined circumstances.
