Another vote echoing this experience on the echo issue. 2020 Model 3 LR AWD, on latest software update 2020.11.1, callers report that they hear an echo on their end. Using a Pixel 3 on my end. Callers never mentioned an echo a month ago, so it could be the latest vehicle software update.
