Problem with my M3 - All dead

I had something similar happen couple months back - PTC heater (part of the HVAC system) had burned out and was shorting the 12V battery. I would charge the battery out of the car, put it in, the car will power on for a minute, and within 2 min the battery will be dead as the PTC is completely...

Model 3 Rear Bumper and Trunk Damage

FYI, Tesla SC's sell and install bumpers painted in original color. I've had this done twice  and the price was very good compared to body shop quotes. Can't see how much damage you have to the trunk lid but if it can't be buffed out they might be able to sell and install that too...

2019 Model 3 LR DIY PTC heater change possible?

I had my PTC Heater replaced recently at the SC - they charged about $800. The interesting thing was that it had shorted somewhere and was draining my 12V battery in about 2 min, so car dies and needs to be towed for service. Tesla app gave a notice that the 12V battery needs to be replaced...

    Rear tail light seal issue?

No, it is supposed to be one-way - letting moisture out but not in. I carefully peeled it and then reattached it back.

Closed garage door and scratched my bumper - Best way to fix?

I paid $1025 at the SC to have my rear bumper replaced with a pre-painted (blue) one last year. The paint match seems fine and the price seemed similar to what a body shop would charge to fix this well.

    Rear tail light seal issue?

I've had one replaced under warranty in 2018, which eventually started fogging again. I fixed one following the nice youtube video above, and now it is the only one that stays clear - all 3 others are fogging up. Will rather fix them than replace - it seems to be a manufacturing quality issue...

    Elon & Twitter

I think it is very important how Tesla employees feel about this. I think that Elon's behavior is affecting their desire to continue working for this company and potentially look for better options. Also, this will affect the potential of the company to attract new talented minds.

Passenger side wiper washer hose retention clip - where to find?

It seems to be part of the ARM&BLADE ASSY PS - 1621686-00-A: Parts Catalog You might have to buy the whole arm assembly - new, used, or improvise on how to keep the hose attached in place.

Model3 Driver's Side Headlight Failure....Replacement not working either.

Not sure. I seem to have access to the items you have crossed. I signed up when this came out earlier this year, maybe they changed the free subscription options...

Model3 Driver's Side Headlight Failure....Replacement not working either.

@Jstar97 did you try to create and account? That should give you access to the online service documentation, and it should be free.

Model3 Driver's Side Headlight Failure....Replacement not working either.

Apparently you have to turn on "SERVICE MODE" and request software reinstall before removing the old one and perform the SW reinstall after you've installed the new one: https://service.tesla.com/docs/Model3/ServiceManual/en-us/GUID-FF5D0BE4-B85F-4616-B3B6-0908123A45F4.html...

    End of warranty question

I did an EWI before my warranty expired and ended up saving some money as they found a problem I had not noticed and fixed it under the warranty. Here's my thread: End of warranty inspection

Low mileage second EV, keep coming back to .... M3!

You're right - not good for long trips, and tricky if you have to put someone in the back seat. Therefore, "around town" were the keywords in my post :) So, if you need it for 1-2 people to go to the store it's very good. Can fit quite a lot of groceries in the back, turns on a dime, easy to get...
