We have the same problem as well but our power didn't go down. We are on the phone with Tesla PW tech support and I will update this thread if we get the problem resolved.

We have a PW (installed by Tesla) and solar installation (private < 2 years old) with 33 Enphase IQ7+ micro inverters (in 3 branch circuits 14, 10 and 9). There was a power outage at 9:22 am PT today and of the 33 it looks like 16 (distributed across all three branch circuits) of them are stuck...

The installation was done by Tesla installers as they showed up in Tesla Energy trucks. It was ordered through Tesla as well. The main installer did say that it should show up immediately after logging out and logging back in but when it didn’t he said to wait until the end of the day and call...
