Mine failed as well - 2018 M3 at 54K miles. Their remote analysis seems to have me just replacing two harnesses (see attached); I intend to inquire about the "High Voltage Circuit Integrity Check" (I haven't been able to locate anything other than "General Diagnoses" in similar cases).

Picked up my 3 at Tysons! Had my checklist - didn't even use it. Michael took care of me (none of that 5 minute sign-and-drive stuff). Car was flawless; was a bummer driving in the rain afterwards, but it handled like a straight-up champ! Looking forward to some fun driving this next weekend.
