FWIW the outage appears to have been resolved (no doubt after much consternation within Tesla and their hosting provider - AWS?). Was able to login via site, 1st and 3rd party apps.

After the Tesla ranger installed my OEM hitch, which includes a wiring harness, he had to connect his laptop to the ODB port to activate Trailer Mode option (toggle screen). Unsure how you’d get this option activated for 3rd party hitch.

Given the variables, seems like someone from Tesla would need to provide the torque data. Nord-Lock has a calculator available, but I’m not sure of the bolt type or washer type - assuming that it’s not a custom part for Tesla. Torque Guide for Nord-Lock Washers

Tesla Roof Rack and cargo box. I was able to reuse the Yakima Sky Box 16 that used to be on our Subaru Outback, and that really made difference on our first camping trip with the MY. All weather floor mats are next in my list for ski season (assuming there is one).
