I had mine done today at Plano. All went smoothly as they said they have done about a dozen or so upgrades. Love the additional visualization with FSD and new screen. All settings except garage door and WiFi were saved. I did not get an invite and had to call Tesla to get an appointment. After...

Tesla infotainment system upgradeable from MCU1 to MCU2 for $2500 [$1500 as of Jan 21, 2020]

I am hopeful for the MUC2 and HW3 update on Monday. I have been pushed back 3 times and over 6 weeks but finally was asked to approve the estimate today. I take this as a good sign that they have all the parts in and are ready to go!

Vendor DIY Model S Chrome Delete Kit - Nikola Pro

I installed mine this weekend. I have no experience and it took me about 10 hours over 3 evenings. Pretty happy with the results with 1 or two areas I should fix. The kit is amazing. Each piece fit perfectly and the instructions were excellent. It may not look like a professional job but it is...

I have a Model S with 19 and 21 inch tires, does anyone know if I could use my 19 inch rims on the Model Y? I was thinking of ordering a performance Y and then using the 19 inch rims with all seasons during the winter months.

I was at Plano service center this week. The advisor said they had tested the UV fix and he said it worked but it took more amps than you can use at your house so the mobile team would not be able to use it. He said they are working on a new version with lower amps as the mobile team using it...
