    Tesla logos: plastidip v decals

I did plastidip. It was quick and easy. Just needs a lot of patience and find things to do between coatings (I did 15 mins intervals). I did around 6~7 coats and it came out as expected. I did use a small toothpick to trace the outline of the emblems while peeling (just to be safe).

price drop $3000 vs 2 years of subscription of premium connectivity

I understand both sides of the argument in this 3K price drop, but as a first time Tesla owner who is going to have his MY (took delivery on 6/30) serviced tomorrow to repair all the assembly defects, it does feel like I'm paying $3K out of pocket to do the repairs. My only thing is Tesla knows...

    Still expecting June Delivery?

I don't think I will take midnight home delivery again if I order another Tesla. It's hard to reject if anything goes wrong (you do feel bad for the delivery guy). My car has a few issues (trunk needs a little nudge to close completely from time to time,a few misalignment, a missing screw...

    Still expecting June Delivery?

I was told my MY was off the assembly line and ready for delivery by 6/30 on Sunday. So ya. What else is new...

    Still expecting June Delivery?

And I just got this text.. Tesla Update - Your Model Y just completed production and we are planning on dropping it off at your address later tonight. There is no need to be present at drop-off, you will be able to access your Model Y and accept delivery with the Tesla App. Please reply to...

    Still expecting June Delivery?

No worries. I got the same exact text and am pulling my hairs out in frustration. This is not supposed to happen on a 60K vehicle. I guess this is the price you pay to join the club (1st time owner here).

VIN 207xx. I guess all of us with 20Kish VIN and home delivery have just been forgotten..

    Still expecting June Delivery?

All I can say is wow. That is one emotional roller coaster ride. I mean the least they can do is just stop all this BS and tell the paying (or paid) customers what the truth is. I think I’m more frustrated and upset over the lack of communication than anything else.

    Still expecting June Delivery?

It’s 8PM and still no delivery. This is unacceptable. No communication no nothing. They are just asking for a lot of angry customer calls tomorrow.

    Still expecting June Delivery?

Anyone with home delivery today got their cars yet? It's almost 6PM PST, no text and can't reach anyone by phone or chat. Hope it shows up before midnight.

AWD Non-Performance White Interior Waiting Room

I just used the chat as well, and was given a time range of 9AM-9PM and will receive a text ahead of time. I'll probably give them a call later this afternoon if I don't get an update by 4PM. As for my MVPA, since I used Tesla Lending, the agent said I will receive all the paperwork by mail at...

AWD Non-Performance White Interior Waiting Room

My delivery appointment holder also disappeared, but still has the VIN listed and no MVPA yet.

Any Bay Area End-of-Quarter VINs yet?

I was told I would be given more details by email on the contact less home delivery process by later today. I was also told that they will only accept ACH or cashier's check (no more personal check) before scheduling delivery. I went ACH route to save the hassle.

    Still expecting June Delivery?

Got the same email. I actually wouldn’t mind them drop it off at my house, but very curious how much time I will get to inspect the car and how the payment works (do I have to pay ahead online or can I pay by check to the delivery guy?).
